Creating a separate Windows driver environment for Windows 7 and older

Windows versions < 10 are not supported by Microsoft any longer (End Of Support).
In January 2023, Microsoft also stopped the drivers signed and compaibility test process for these operating systems.

In other words, it makes no sens and there is no reason/means anymore to keep the old drivers in our actual driver build environment.
