Fix issues discovered by WdfFiTester

WdfFiTester is called by HCK testcase 'Wdf - Kmdf Fault Injection Test':

This automated test verifies the reliability and robustness of the Windows Driver Framework (WDF) drivers. This test is checking against resource and handle leaks and it verifies that the WDF driver handles DDI failures gracefully.

The test currently fails with Bugcheck 0x7e (System thread exception not handled), but it remains to be seen if further errors are encountered after fixing the initial error.
