Extend nxdrvAPI for netX90/4000 based devices

Although nxDrv API is explicitly marked and document to be used solely for RAM based devices, it was requested for backwards compatibility in higher level software components/ customer applications that nxDrv should also be usable for e.g. cifX4000, which has a different update process compared a RAM base device.

In order to support updating using a ZIP file, the intended function to supply these update parameters is xSysDeviceResetEx(). Since this approach cannot be used in cases outlined above, a new nxDrv function should be added where the update parameter can be supplied.

Additionally, while downloading firmware files should still be possible using nxDrvDownload(), for netX90/4000 devices it should not be stored locally in host OS file system but transfered directly to netX devices. This eliminates undesired updates with old firmware update.
