            Description

            In cifX Device Test open communication channel and do a System Start.

            Sometimes system is halted and shows a blue screen with error "NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error".

            CIFX 4000-RE Rev. 3 (tested with EIS V3.4.3.0, PNS V4.4.4.0, ECS V5.0.4.0)
            Windows 7 SP1 64 bit German
