            Description

            File Explorer functionality in cifXTest send request RCX_FILE_DELETE_REQ (0x1E6A) to default channel (0x20) instead of system channel (0x0). According to DPM packet manual, RCX_FILE_DELETE_REQ should only be sent to system channel.
