On Win 7 there is no "maintanance" screen if the same driver version is installed again

            Description

            This is seen when using the "CIFX Driver Setup.exe". Using the MSI file will show the "maintanance" screen (repair / remove).
            On Win XP both, EXE and MSI, are displaying this screen.
