            Description

            Calling Programs may be paused unter Windows Vista / 7 while in an IOCTL, even if they have REALTIME priority.

            Calling IORead/IOWrite functions may have short spikes (about 100 times higher than usual, e.g.):
            Avg. Time : 400us
            Max. Time : 40ms
