Debug assertion fails after opening warm-start window by space key

            Description

            In cifXSetup check "Set Warm Start Parameters" checkbox by moving focus to control and pressing space key. When it is already checked, push button "Change Parameters" by focusing int pressing space key. Close parameter window by OK or Cancel.
            Debug version of cifXSetup.exe V0.9.6.0 shows 2 different failed assertions.
