eDeviceType needs a more detailed description in the manual

From the description in the manual it is not clear in which cases eDeviceType must be declared other than eCIFX_DEVICE_AUTODETECTED.
E.g. for PCI devices it is necessary to define either eCIFX_DEVICE_RAM_BASED or eCIFX_DEVICE_FLASH_BASED because the toolkit is not able to decide it by itself.
This decision can only be handled by the PCI detection function (using the PCI SUSYS_ID) which is not part of the toolkit.
