Handshake flags are not re-read after reset was performed in interrupt mode

            Description

            When performing a reset such as xChannelReset(CIFX_SYSTEMSTART), the latest Handshake state after the reset was performed is not read from the device.

            Subsequent attempts to use cifX API functions may fail with error CIFX_DEV_NOT_READY (0x800C0011).
