            Description

            cifX Toolkit function DEV_ReadHandshakeFlags() includes handling for Change-Of-State (COS).

            It is possible that a COS change is not correctly stored in the local copy 'ulDeviceCOSFlags' of the channel internal structure if two callers access the above mentioned function and toggle HCF_NETX_COS_ACK bit in handshake flags due to new states set by firmware.
