            Description

            RTX64 requires driver inf and catalog files which needs to be signed just as regular (bootstart) Windows drivers. To support Windows 10 1607 and above with Secure Boot enabled, Attestation signing is required.

            With RTX64 3.5 this requirement was also added for RTX64 drivers, but the exisiting INF does not pass Windows Driver Signing.

            The new inf needs to be updated and checked for compatibility of previous RTX64 releases (2014, <3.5), too.
