Allow single directory usage without driver recompilation, as fallback

            Description

            Currently the feature use single directory must be explictely enabled during compile time. It would be nice to have a fallback to single directory handling per default.

            Directory scanning order shall be:
            1. Slot number
            2. Device- / Serialnumber
            3. cifx name (cifx0/cifx1)
            4. Single directory

            This would allow a single libcifx to be used as either single or multiple directory, decided at runtime.
