Error when compiling kernel module uio_netx ('netx_pci_probe’ undeclared).

The following errors appear when compiling the uio_netx kernel module (kernel >=3.8)):

• /uio_netx.c:240:22: error: expected ‘=’, ‘,’, ‘;’, ‘asm’ or ‘_attribute_’ before ‘netx_pci_probe’
• /uio_netx.c:476:11: error: ‘netx_pci_probe’ undeclared here (not in a function)
