      Description

Although driver startup parameter evaluation detects keyword 'conf' correctly, registry accesses are performed to gather cifx configuration regardless.
Registry access is currently only avoided if the node is running 'remotely'.

Driver documentation (Rev 9) states in chapter 1.17.2 "Configuration with a local registry file":

To allow a configuration without accessing the registry, it is possible to pass a file that contains the registry contents for the driver and let the driver read the configuration from this file.

To match the existing documentation, the driver should always access the conf file when the switch is supplied, even if native registry access is possible.
