            Description

            Problem regarding INtime driver, details to reproduce issue;
            1) start CIFXDrv.rta
            2) un-catalogue CIFXDrv.rta via INtime explorer
            3) start CIFXDrv.rta again

            INtime V4 driver V1.1.0.0
