            The manual shows an example of the project.bib file where important flag settings are wrong:
            wrong:  cifXCEDrv.dll $(_FLATRELEASEDIR)\cifXCEDrv.dll NK SH
            correct: cifXCEDrv.dll $(_FLATRELEASEDIR)\cifXCEDrv.dll NK K

            wrong:   NETX50-BSL.bin  $(PBWORKSPACEROOT)\cifX\cifXCEDrv\BSL\NETX50-BSL.bin   NK
