            Description

            Additional registry entry allowing setting up the IST priority. (e.g. 2 categories normal & high)

            Under CeWin setting the IST priority to Time-Critical achieves a faster Read/write (xChannelIORead/xChannelIOWrite) execution.

            Tests with thread priority TIME_CRITICAL achieves deterministic jitter.
