[VRS] Wrong Default Sync OUT 0 Mode Value.

            Description

            Default value for "Sync OUT 0 Mode" in netX Configuration Tool is not according to help documentation for COMX100 and NJ50 device /see the screen-shots attached below/. Default value for "Sync OUT 0 Mode" is announced to be "Time for IN/OUT Valid (TIO)". Currently, for COMX100 and NJ50 "Time for IN Valid (TI)" is set as default "Sync OUT 0 Mode".

            Steps to reproduce:
            1. Start netX Configuration Tool and select COMX100 / NJ50 device in the Navigation area
            2. Select VARAN Slave protocol
            3. Select device Configuration menu
            4. Press Default button at the bottom
            5. Check "Sync OUT 0 Mode" value
