Reload device configuration data from template issue.

Check are device personal configuration settings can be save into template file
Check if configuration settings can be loaded from the template file

If you want to export data from template two times , it is nessesary first to pass through different template.
Found it with EthernetIP.
Appears on all protokols.

Steps to reproduce
1.In Slave Configuration Tool , make some configuration changes and create teplate 'test" , save it
2. Click "default"
3. Reload template "test" again.-> explore Config Template window and click on "test" ->Template is reloaded.
4. Click "default"
5. Reload template "test" again.-> explore Config Template window and click on "test"
