Progress Dialog Shows Up As Title Bar Only

            Description

            Starting a DTM GUI or performing a download, a progress bar is shown. In first moment the progress shows only its title bar. The same can happen at the end of the progress.
            Since this is confusing the user, the progress dialog shall only be visible if there is a running progress and a text message available.
