Maximum netPROXY Object size in byte not possible or error message wrong

            Description

            1. Create a project
            2. Create Object description with 255 element each a string with 255 Byte
            3. Export file -> OK
            4. Add one more string element
            5. try to export --> FAIL
              1. Error message tells somethin about maximum 1596 byte
            6. afterwards the bug is persitent

            Info: Only testable with IOTLFW V2.3.0.2
