      Description

To implement a compliant OPC UA Server (in relation to a Companion Specification) an OPC UA Address Space requirement is to include the complete ObjectType definition even if some parts are not used (like UA methods).

Therefore the IOT Configurator shall support the option "Add to Address Space" for OPC UA Methods below the Types folder.

Example from Scales Companion Specification, method ClearTare is optional, but has to be included in the TypeSpace:

The required encoding is for OPC UA Arguments for the OPC UA Methods properties variable InputArguments and OutputArguments. How to encode these is depict in the attached PDF, chapter 3.19.1. The already available prerelease of the IOTLFW V2.2.5.0 already supports this TLV Tag, but is errorprone. If required, a fixed version can be served, in the other case this will be included in the next release V2.2.6.0.

This feature was requested from at least 2 customer (Emerson and Schenck Process) which already uses the IOTLFW.
