      Description

      Description:

All text references to WinPcap in the "Ethernet Device Configuration" tool shall be removed and replaced with references to Npcap.

In addition, the existing error message stating that WinPcap is not installed shall be updated. The new message shall indicate that either Npcap is not installed or that the installed version of Npcap was not installed with the "WinPcap Compatible" option enabled.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • All visible references to "WinPcap" in the "Ethernet Device Configuration" tool have been replaced with "Npcap".

      • The existing error message referring to a missing WinPcap installation has been removed.

      • The new error message covers both cases:

        • Npcap is not installed.

        • Npcap is installed but was not installed with the "WinPcap Compatible" option enabled.

      • The message is clear and, where applicable, refers to the required installation option.
