Test Bug: Not correct ethernet marshalling diagnosis.

Test Description:

Test scenario:

1. Check if the product firmware delivers Firmware info and Tasks diagnosis to Sycon.NET. Check if values and identifiers are correct.

Bug Description from Tester:

When primary network is not connected ethernet marshalling diagnosis is not correct.

Steps to Reproduce

Firmware and all installed software is from netHost V1.9.0.0 RC1

NHST-T100-EN/PNM    is communicating  with    cifX50 and NXIO   slaves  ( 3.12.0.0 )

NHST-T100-EN  cifXx-Ch2   is connected  to  NHST-TEN/PNM_V3 DTM ( found after suitable scan ) in Sycon project

1.Open   Diagnosis->Ethernet Marshalling and be sure to see correct diagnosis page

2. Disconnect primary network (X3)   and wait 20 s.

2. Check   information.

Expected Results:

All flags are OFF with information about  timeout or not confirmed  packets  as is done in Main Settings or Profinet diagnosis
