Invalid configuration when data length or slave number is changed

The slave configuration is invalid when data length or slave number is changed.

1. Add master DTM and a stand-alone Slave DTM.
2. Change the input or output length of slave DTM. But the length PDIN and PDOUT are not changed. The IO data length in master DTM is not changed.
3. Change the slave number, the device configuration is changed. But there is no change in master DTM.
