            Description

            If attrribute "Replace" of <IOFG> is true, the IOFG replacement should be executed. e.g.

            <IOFG IO_type="Analog Input" FG_Name="Analog Module" Replace="true" Removable="true">

            Following IDN should be applied:
            S-0-1500.0.11 List of replaced function groups
            S-0-1500.0.12 Rearrangement of IO resource (procedure command)
