            This is a part of Epic DTMV1PNG-211
            To implement are following steps:
            1) Parse the GSDML attribute 'DeviceAccessPointItem@SharedDeviceSupported' and add to data model for the device. (functionality and storage)
            2) Add flags for accessibility of modules/submodules (functionality and storage)
