Test Bug: Station name is not applied to the new GSDML

Bug Description from Tester:

The station name is not saved to the newly created GSDML, this crating an invalid DTM

Steps to reproduce:

1. Instantiate a netPROXY DTM
2. Change the station name in PNS configuration page
3. Export and Import the new GSDML 
4. Instantiate the new DTM to a PNIO Controller bus line 
5. Validate the station name in the newly created DTM

Expected results:

Station name is the same in the PNS configuration page of the netPROXY DTM

Actual result:

The name is not saved to the new GSDML, substituting it with the default name 'nt100reproxy'
