            Description

            Install SYCONnet on Windows 8.1 (or higher) Chinese.

            Instance PNIOIRTController and add any Slaves. Open Controller GUI, go to the Page

            'IP Address Table' and try to edit IPAddress of Slaves. It's possible to entry only 2 digits by each IPAddress Byte.
