Slaves with deactivated Interface Submodules can not be added to the Controller DTM

            Description

            After the feature implemtation in DTMV1PNG-221 we run in trouble to find the InterfaceSubmodule for a DAP inside the ValidateAddCHild functionality.

            Fix: A Interface Submodule definition for a DAP is not mandatory anymore.
