Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open SYCON.net for netX 1.300 (Build 100729).
2. Make a PROFINET IO project with controller CIFX RE/PNM and a device - WAGO 750-340.
3. Configure the controller and the device.
4. The module configuration of the WAGO 750-340 must be as follows:
- 750-340 V01.00.XX (FW 01)
- 75x-403 4DI(+4BIT I)
- 75x-403 4DI(+4BIT I)
- 75x-504 4DO(+4BIT O)
- 75x-504 4DO(+4BIT O)
- 75x-456 2AI, +/- 10V
- 75x-550 2AO, 0-10V
5. Make configuration download to the controller and check the address table. It will look like this:
Inputs:
Module; Length; Address
75x-403 4DI(+4BIT I); 1; 0
75x-403 4DI(+4BIT I); 1; 1
75x-456 2AI, +/- 10V; 4; 2
Outputs:
Module; Length; Address
75x-504 4DO(+4BIT O); 1; 0
75x-504 4DO(+4BIT O); 1; 1
75x-550 2AO, 0-10V; 4; 2
Everything is OK.
6. Now in the same project change the WAGO modules /do not remove and add new, just change the existing modules/, so that the new module configuration looks like this:
- 750-340 V01.00.XX (FW 01)
- 75x-403 4DI(+4BIT I)
- 75x-403* 4DI(-4BIT I)
- 75x-504 4DO(+4BIT O)
- 75x-504* 4DO(-4BIT O)
- 75x-456 2AI, +/- 10V
- 75x-550 2AO, 0-10V
7. Make configuration download to the controller again and check the address table that was generated. It is as follows:
Inputs:
Module; Length; Address
75x-403 4DI(+4BIT I); 1; 0
75x-403* 4DI(-4BIT I); 1; 1
75x-456 2AI, +/- 10V; 4; 2
Outputs:
Module; Length; Address
75x-504 4DO(+4BIT O); 1; 0
75x-504* 4DO(-4BIT O); 1; 1
75x-550 2AO, 0-10V; 4; 2
Now the memory offset is not according to the actual module configuration and the WAGO device still behaves as if it is with the previous module configuration.
