The submodules will be displayed in the PNIO controller Process Data Page even if they have no IO-Data.

Open project from issue DTMV1PNG-182. No modules and submodules appear at Process Data Page by Controller because the actually submodules have no IO-Data. Add new submodule having IO-Data by any module. Go to Process Data Page by Controller, the module appers with all submodules, even don't having IO-Data.
Solution:
1) At Process Data Page should be shown only submodules having IO-Data.
2) Exported PDI-XML should contain information of all modules and submodules.
