Add lua scripts to the DBM export. Remove error message when addconf.nxd is not created.

            Description

            1. Add the lua scripts to the export.

            2. When the user has NOT explicitly used the "Update" button in the "Variable Managament" page - addconf.nxd will not be created and no error will be shown during the export.
