Change search path for (*)HWIdentification.xml- files and HilscherDeviceParameter.xml .

            Description

            The location of (*)HWIdentification.xml- files and HilscherDeviceParameter.xml should be central and unique for all DTMs.The shown attributes and descriptions of physical devices, found at network, will be the same in this case.
            Steps to ipmplement:
            1. Bind new search path in Code.
            2. Delete existing HilscherHWIdentification.xml and HilscherDeviceParameter.xml
            from resource folder in Project.
            3. Delete HilscherHWIdentification.xml and HilscherDeviceParameter.xml
            from merge module for setup.
