Add device description file for netRAPID 51, update (if different) netRAPID 52.

Add NRP 51-RE EIS:

• In DTMSupportedDevices.h, add to static DEVICE tDevice a new device NRP 51-RE;
• ProdCode, ProdName for the new device - from the file Hilscher NRP 51 RE ECS V4.6.X.xml (attached). Description - NRP_51_RE_EIS.
• Check and update (if needed) the info (ProdCode, ProdName) for NRP 52-RE EIS from the file HILSCHER NRP 52-RE EIS V1.1.EDS.
