Disable encoding of the EPATH during SetParameter call

There are some strange problems during the decoding of the EPATH if we are running in the scope of a schneider scanner DTM.

If we are running together with a hilscher scanner DTM, SetParameter is never called.

My assumption is that encoding of the EPATH was never tested with other scanner DTM's!?

Annother question is. Is it realy neccesary to encode the EPATH. What kind of information is importand for the device DTM to set back from the scanner DTM? ->RPI???
