Change PDI (Process data) XML encoding from UNICODE to ANSI

The process data interface XML was exported with the encoding="UTF-16" element inside the xml string. Saving this string to the file system (saving functionality is implemented inside the fdtContainer) results in a UNICODE file format.

For some customers it is difficult to interpret those UNICODE files / if there are working with embedded system.

Like all master DTM's the slave DTM's should also export the PDI-XML string without the encoding="UTF-16" element.
