Support netX based ECS "CPT 9.x RE/ECS" in EtherCAT Slave DTM.
NetSlave has fixed coding for HW for definition of their respective max IO sizes.
For the netX based ECS "CPT 9.x RE/ECS", the ESI XML has been modified, see attached "Diff-ESI-XML.png". Development team changed the "NETX 51 RE/ECS" to "CPT 9.x RE/ECS".
In order to support such changes, we need code level change in EtherCAT stand-alone Slave DTM.
We shall add "CPT 9.x RE/ECS".to the target hardware list for the definition of IO min/max ranges (Development team will not change this string: "CPT 9.x RE/ECS").
