Wrong language string in station state diagnosis

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Proper firmware under test is downloaded to NT151-RE-RE hardware under test.

2. Verify that help devices are configured and ready for Data exchange for both network protocols on NT151 hardware

4. Via Sycon place NT151-RE-RE/EIS/EIM DTM on the bus line and apply default configuration settings for both network protocols.

5. Open the EtherCAT Master's diagnostic and navigate to Station Diagnosis.

6. Disconnect network cable from EtherCAT Slave help device.

7. Check in Station state field information for the EtherCAT Slave help device.

Expected result:

1. Station state field value "Not Connected" is present

Actual result:

1. Station state field value "Nicht angeschlosen" is present.
