Upload Progress bar hangs when TransactionRequest can not be handled by Master DTM

            Description

            Master DTM can not handle Module upload TransactionRequest.
            In this case, the Upload Progress bar is hanged.

            Slave DTM should check the returned value and send Upload finish event to FDT-Container.
