DTM Documentation (Print) is not complete (missing parameters)

1. Configuration\General
In the DTM there is the Watchdog interval but this is missing in the printed document

2. Configuration\Extension
the "Diagnostic update delay" is configured in bus cycle, but when it's printing it
display it in ms without making conversion (if you set 3 bus cycle and the bus cycle is 2 ms, it display 3ms instead
of 6ms), so it should be display in bus cycle or if it's display in ms the conversion should be done.

3. Configuration\DPV1

the different alarm you set or reset is not displayed (pull-plug alarm, process alarm,
...)

• For "/Groups", "/Extensions", "DPV1" category "lower value", "upper value", "state" are printed even if you
  don't set this kind of parameters. It makes the document not so clear...
• the "Signal Configuration" is missing
