DPV1 becomes available after loading a project

            Description

            Insert Profibus slave IS1_2_V1 (STA3049A.GSE).

            Open configuration pages DPV1 and Redundancy.
            DPV1 is not available (greyed out).
            Redundancy is on but greyed out.

            Save project and reload it. Open page DPV1.
            DPV1 is available.

            My expectation:
            This Slave supports DPV1, but not Read/Write Class 1 services.
            1. Redundancy should be editable without DPV1 enabled.
            2. State of DPV1 enable check box should not change after loading a project.
