            Description

            The optional XML attribute configMD5 is not part of the generated process data interface XML (PDI.XML). A description about the attribute can be found in the <Process Data Information XML.pdf> document.

            The configMD5 is used to check if the content of the process data description (pdi.xml) is convenient to the active fieldbus configuration database (config.nxd).
