EDS file cannot be used in case of missing Object 100Dh (Life time factor)

The objecte 100c and 100d are used for node guarding configuration.

If Node Guarding configuration is not supported, both objects should be missing or the access mode should be set to ro.

For the EDS file used here the object 100c is available and has the access mode rw, Node Guarding is therefore supported.

The object 100d required for Node Guarding is missing -> Invalid EDS

Solution: In case that Object 100d is missing we will disable Node Guarding for this slave.
