      Description

In case of a slave with a IO configuration code 3 (in/in/out/out) the channel reference for the output signal contains a invalid DPM offset for the output signals (Bit offset 0 and 1).

The reason is that the firmware maps the complete io data block into the DPM. The first 2 bits containins the 2 input signals following by the 2 output signals with DPM bit offsets 2 & 3.

For a slave with a I/O code B we have the same problem for the input signals.

Slave with a IO code of 1,5,9 and D should also be corrected according to the IO/ Code definition table.
