Test Description:
Check, if online help is available for NT50 DTM.
Bug Description from Tester:
No help available via F1 and "Help" button for the ASCII Configuration dialog in NT50 DTM.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start SYCON.net on the test PC.
2. Place NT 50-RS-EN DTM on the root line.
3. Select ASCEIS network combination.
4. Open device configuration dialog for ASCII on port X2.
5. Open online help via F1 or "Help" button.
Expected result:
Proper Help information is available via F1 and "Help" button.
Actual result:
No help is available via F1 and "Help" button.
