unnecessary dependence between Cycle time and response timeout in ASCII Send only mode

When client mode cycle time are set greater then 0, warning dialog appears on screen :
"When is greater then zero , cycle time should be then response timeout"
closing dialog with "OK" leads to "Save operation failed" in status line

Statement are correct but only for Server and Client modes,
for Send Only mode there is no such parameter in configuration page ...
