            Description

            To streamline the build process, additional build steps/targets for handling the Windows 10 Secure Boot signing process are needed.

            Performing this step may be optional as previous operating systems like Windows 7 are not affected.

            To not affect signing for every commit, only tagged versions should automatically attempt attestation signing.
