Gateway Configurator: Remove netGateway DTM from DeviceLibrary Setup

Description:
The netGateway DTM must be removed from the DeviceLibrary setup to align with the updated product scope and supported device configuration.

Requirements:

• Remove the netGateway DTM from the DeviceLibrary installation package
• Ensure the DTM is no longer installed or available after setup
• Verify that no references to the netGateway DTM remain in the installer or installed files

Acceptance Criteria:

• The netGateway DTM is not included in the DeviceLibrary setup
• The DTM cannot be installed or used after installation
• No residual files, entries, or references to the netGateway DTM exist in the system

Notes:

• Ensure that removal does not affect supported gateway configurations
• Validate installer integrity after changes
